Most timmies have lots of staff dealing with the drive through and they generally ignore people standing in the store waiting. I understand when staff are busy. This store didn't have a ton of staff. When I walked up to the counter there was one Staff member with her hands full taking care of something. She took the time to acknowledge my presence, apologized and said she would be just a minute. This is how service should be done but almost never is at Timmies. Kudos to Sarah for doing this!!!!

Very good service except for one girl that's rather unpleasant. Very professional and efficient at handling problems.But seriously, would you guys drink the iced coffee the way you make it for customers? There's a higher chance of winning the Lotto Max than there is of not getting a disgusting iced coffee from this location. I've gotten 2-3 everyday for the past 2 months and I've had only 1 iced coffee that actually tasted good. Only 1. Take some pointers from the McDonald's up the road. They know how to make an iced coffee that doesn't taste like the feeling in the back of your throat after sitting in front of a bonfire for 7 hours.

Nice Tim Hortons. Very clean. The layout and decor of this Tim's is very good - the seating is away from the counter area and there is a display/room separator to make it feel a little cozier. My food and beverage were above average for a Tim's. Service was efficient.

This location is clean and has friendly staff. I was however disturbed by the amount of mayo on a grilled turkey sandwich.

This is a great Timmy's to stop at when you are avoiding the 401 and taking the more leisurely Hwy 2 route to the city. Fairly quick, friendly service and they always get our order right. They seem to have some of the best Timmy's coffee around.

The Elizabeth St. Tim’s in Brighton has a fast drive thru , very friendly staff. The only problem I have is you advertise you open at 7am but you are open every day at least 5:am The reason I say this is because when I want to order my morning coffee on your mobile app at 5:30 am it will not I t take my order because it states you are closed !!!Can you update your opening and closing times please!! Thanks

I am not the biggest Tim Horton fan but this location is very good for a small town place. I have been there many time during my camping trip this summer and wow, this place is always very clean, the staff is friendly and honestly this place give me good vibe about Tim again.

This is like any other Tims I've been to. The donuts and muffins are always the same. (I guess there is something to be said for uniformity). I like to go to a donut shop and point to the best looking item in the showcase, but at Tims, they are all the same - boring. Everybody but me likes their coffee. I much prefer Starbucks, however, there isn't one nearby, and Starbucks is a fair bit more costly. Staff is always friendly, store and restrooms are clean and well looked after. Parking is plentiful and convenient.

One of the best Tim Hortons that I have been in. The staff here is always very friendly and nice. Coffee is never burnt. Always very clean from what I have seen. It's one of my favorites to go to.

Great service. Clean bathroom, but long waiting because of gender neutral rules for toilets. Men's bathrooms have always been quick because multiple urinals, but now you can only have one person at a time. There's not enough line ups in life!?To each their own, but seriously, this is getting Rediculous. Make a separate toilet for that purpose. Just a thought.
